  • Computer maintenance and networking knowledge (Formatting, software installation and maintenance etc.)
  • Microsoft SOL Server 2000 installation and other knowledge required for SOUL Network version.
  • CDS ISIS and WinISIS knowledge.
  • Photo editing and restoration (Edited pictures in a famous books marketed by Deys’ Book House written by Dr. Jayanti Bhattacharyya.)
  • SOUL installation and problem solving.
  • DSpace installation in Linux and Windows including its backup, restoration and customization.
  • Knowledge of Scanning, making editable documents from scanned copy, Internet, LAN connectivity and problem solving, etc.
