Library Card Issue Notice (to the newly admitted students or those who yet to apply for the same)

Download the Library Membership Form (click here) and follow the instructions carefully. You are instructed to fill in the downloaded form and submit it to the Central Library (following the Central Library norms and timing) to obtain your Library Card.



Regular students for the new session / or those who are desired to obtain their library card (except 1st Sem.) after submitting duly filled Requisition Form for membership (available at this Library Blog i.e. or in the College Website) after completion of the University Registration process in the College Office. You will be eligible to submit the Library Membership Form as and when it will be notified by the Principal (applicable for 1st sem. only). For renewal of library card you have to contact the library staff within 11-30 am to 1-30pm, except Saturday and holiday.

You have to submit the registration form between 12 Noon and 1:30 pm on all working days except Saturday. The Library Card will be issued after 3-30 pm on the same day or next day, depending upon availability of staff and/ or work load. This process will be continued till further notice. Students are requested to co-operate with the library staff. Access of Departmental Library to Hons. Students will depend on concerned departments.

The students concerned are directed to keep the library card in safe custody. The loss of library card shall have to be brought to the notice of the Librarian immediately for issue of duplicate library card, paying fine as per norms to the College Office. The student concerned shall, however, be held responsible if the library card, reported as lost is misused or if any book is taken away against such card in his/her name.
