A collection of books and other library materials generally transferred from the Central Library, attached to an academic department within the College for intensive use by its students, will regarded as a Departmental Library, whose major policies and grants for books will remain under direct control of the Central Library. Most of the Departments have its own library in this College.
Policies:
Departmental library will remain under the care and responsibility of the Head of the Department for its organization and administration with the help of the other members available in the department, so majority of its circulation policies & others are governed by the departments itself.
