- Knowledge of programming language Visual Basic 6.0 (One full featured software is running in the Punjab National Bank Cooperative Welfare Society, 1 Clive Row, Kol-700001)
- Computer maintenance and networking knowledge (Formatting, software installation and maintenance etc.)
- Microsoft SOL Server 2000 installation and other knowledge required for SOUL Network version.
- CDS ISIS and WinISIS knowledge.
- Photo editing and restoration (Edited pictures in a famous books marketed by Deys’ Book House written by Dr. Jayanti Bhattacharyya.)
- SOUL installation and problem solving.
- DSpace installation in Linux and Windows including its backup, restoration and customization.
- Knowledge of Scanning, making editable documents from scanned copy, Internet, LAN connectivity and problem solving, etc.
- Able to type Bengali with the help of Bangla Word and Avro Bangla.
- Knowledge of DTP and familiar with PageMaker, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop etc.
